Hauptausschuss (HA)
Zuständigkeiten: (soweit nicht der Bürgermeister entscheidungsbefugt ist):
- Stundung von Geldforderungen der Gemeinde . Erlass von Geldforderungen der Gemeinde bis zur Höhe von 5.000 Euro
- Abschluss, Änderung und Aufhebung von Grundstücks und Vermögensgeschäften bis zur Höhe von 50.000 Euro
- Abschluss von Pachtverträgen, soweit diese ein jährliches Kündigungsrecht enthalten
- Vergabe von Aufträgen bis zur Höhe von 100.000 Euro, Planungsleistungen bis zur Höhe von 15.000 Euro
- gerichtliche Vergleiche bis zur Höhe von 10.000 Euro, außergerichtliche Vergleiche bis zur Höhe von 5.000 Euro
- Anerkennung von Reisen von Mitgliedern der GV, die im Rahmen der Ausübung ihrer Mandate erforderlich sind
